At a recent press conference for Kristen Stewart‘s latest indie flick, The Yellow Handkerchief, also starring Maria Bello and William Hurt, we squeezed a little extra juice out of the actress regarding her upcoming projects. Stewart recently exploded into prominence after her multi-million dollar success with Stephanie Meyers’ Twilight intoxicated teenage girls all over the universe. Despite the constant tsunami of vampire frenzy, Stewart was surprisingly, well, normal and willing to talk about Twilight and more.

So there’s a lot of hype over whether or not Eclipse will be shot as two films or one. Any predictions?

Kristen Stewart: I don’t know, actually. The story so completely warrants two films, it would be disappointing to have to lose this sequence and this scene. I would like to do two movies – but to be perfectly honest, I don’t know what they’re going to do.

The Runaways had a very successful premiere at Sundance last month.

KS: We all knew if it did well it’d be a Sundance movie. But now it’s being released – it’s becoming a bigger deal than we thought which is always exciting. Sundance was awesome, I love Sundance. It’s one of the only places you can go and show your movie and talk to 300 people who just saw it. It’s just a different experience. • Read full story…

Though Twilighters are already salivating for the chance to see the first “Eclipse” trailer in theaters next month, star Kristen Stewart, had yet to hear Thursday’s news that the trailer would make its big debut before Robert Pattinson’s “Remember Me” on March 12.

“Really? Oh my god! I have no idea!” Stewart told MTV News at the premiere of her latest release, “The Yellow Handkerchief.” “I didn’t even know it was coming out, so … that’s news to me too!”

Stewart did have an idea of what she’s eager to see in the trailer for the third “Twilight” installment. “Oh, my gosh! There’s a really cool thing that happens on a cliff with Jacob that should definitely be in there,” she explained. “Battle stuff. I would say the [newborn vampires]. The Twilight Movie- Eclipse is set to be released on June 30, 2010. Normally there would be numerous trailers- official and unofficial all over the internet. However, Summit Pictures who produces the Twilight Saga movies has different plans for this movies trailers. The first trailers are to be released on ONLY the Wal Mart The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition to be sold on Saturday, March 20th.

The trailer will be 7 minutes comprised of interviews with creator Stephenie Meyer as well as the movies three main stars- Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, and Kristen Stewart. New York Times has listed ‘Remember Me’ & ‘Eclipse’ as one of the US Film 2010 Preview Highlights.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE: Danger comes calling again for a teen (Kristen Stewart) and her vampire and werewolf suitors (Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner).

Early this morning we started receiving frenzied tips hinting that “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” had test screened for an audience.

The rumors sounded dubious, but Gossip Cop wanted to be sure.

Our doubts were well founded.

Gossip Cop has confirmed that Summit Entertainment has not shown “Eclipse.” A source connected to the production tells us talk of a screening is “absolutely not true.” • Read full story…
